Bacteriophages
Made in about 2 days for GMTK 2024
Designed and programmed by Justin and John from SAWD Games
We started late and missed the first 2 days of dev time, so we didn't have a lot of time for polish, so there are definitely some improvements we would have liked to have been able to make. For one, a dash ability to help escape the larger creatures would have been nice. We also conceptualized a tentacle projectile that would drag creatures toward you, but did not have time to implement it. Visual polish on the menus and title screen were also a very low priority this time.
Overall, for the two days we had available, we think we did alright, but there is a definite room for improvement and additional features.
How to play:
You goal is to collect EXP and DNA by attacking
and devouring other creatures, and spend
